No one gave me any information, explained the process of what they did or what they were goin to do and how the application went, etc.. I was told that the interior was already sealed before purchase? Loaner car was filthy, inside but mainly outside.
Maybe that's normal as the lot was dirty and under construction and my car after having a sealant coated (Cilajet) on it, was also filthy and no one explained the process and how it went, etc.. I couldn't even tell if it was applied or the difference as I thought it would have a shine of gloss.
Car was dirty on purchase too, again possibly from construction too, but partly the reason I didn't see driverside door jam chips/defect. I was told that it will be taken care of so I'm not worried about it.
J.P. did a great job with applications training, but because my car was taken to the back we werent able to do the actual training in my own vehicle.
I'm still pleased by the Subaru expierence, just explaining the way things went on my visit. This is not a complaint. Thank you

The service was good. The only thing I am very disappointed about is that I purchased my car from Kirby Subaru from out of town and my concern was having to sit at the dealership for extended periods of time during servicing. I was told when I bought the car that I could use a loaner car to head into Oxnard to go shopping or have a meal while my car was serviced. That has not been the case and so next time I will purchase locally.
