Completely dissatisfied with the service I received. Never want to go back. Thankful that the fit me in for an oil change with no appointment. However My car was there for over six hours, and after paying $388 I drove off the lot and my husband noticed I had a rear break light out. On our paper work that is the first thing that they "say" they checked. Makes me wonder if they actually did any of the other services they charged me for. I can pay half the price and feel like I get more complete and better customer service at jiffy lube. Thankfully they replaced it for free but it still took up our time to drive back to the dealer ship. Also recently had our other Subaru at the dealer ship paid almost $1000 to have work done on the engine when we got the car back the engine was filthy looked like they didn't even work on it. When you are paying that much it would be nice if they would have wiped it down. Very upset and disappointed. Never want to go back
