The actual service was incredible, and everybody was friendly and professional. However, it was a pain to reach the office by telephone. I waited on hold for 10 minutes, hung up, called back, and waited on hold another five minutes. I had to call at least five times before I got through to somebody who would talk to me.

Never received phone call to let me know the car was ready. As I drive from Nipomo, I was waiting around for the call. When I phoned at 3:15 to ask if the Cilajet was completed I was told that the car was ready. As I dropped it in at 9:30 and I knew that my husband's Cilajet application was complete in 4 hours a couple of weeks prior, the 6 hours seemed a bit long. Just disappointed that had I been called I could have avoided the evening traffic and the waiting around.
