Give that gentleman a raise he was extremely helpful and professional… 1 thing I suggest to the dealership as a whole is to limit the amount of smoking outside … it seemed everywhere my family tried to sit we were bombarded by cigarette smoke and it all seemed to be staff taking smoke breaks … I have a 5 year old and a 2 month old … just not cool being chased by cigarette smoke all over the dealership …. Service reps were great though

The only detrimental comment that would make would be this… I went in for an oil change because my oil light was on. As usual, there were problems that were found that would’ve cost me about $1500 to fix. I expect that. But when my oil light was still on upon leaving, and I asked them to check into it, I was quoted another $750 for an oil level sensor. Oddly, about 15 minutes after I left there, the oil light went off by itself. By waiting, I saved myself $750 in unnecessary repair work. I would just encourage your people to research the car and know these kinds of things before quoting they repair bills. A simple Google search told me that was what was going to happen with the oil light.

They would not replace 1 flat tire. Said I had to replace all 4. My tires only have 26,000 miles on them. I had it replaced elsewhere. Very disappointed in Kirby Subaru
