Dennis was great and very professional. But we were told by the person we booked it with that it would only be a 2 hour appointment. When we showed up, we were told this information was not accurate and it would be 4 hours. This is unfortunate when you come from out of town.

I just bought a car with less than 90,000 miles for $16,000+ at the beginning of the year. I drove it less than 5000 miles and it has a horrible fatal flaw of not being able to turn. I just paid almost $700 to have a part fixed that wasn’t even broken. I am actually truly heartbroken by the experience I received from your car dealership. This is me trying to give your dealership an opportunity to make any part of this kind of ok to me before I make negative reviews my new hobby.

Very unprofessional service from the day I purchase my 2017 Outback! This service trip especially, I had transmission concerns and they said they couldn’t duplicate my issue but the mechanic felt what I was describing as they asked me to come down to duplicate the issue, I did and then the rest of the visit was a argument with Dennis and his supervisor as they told me this is normal. I also had another issue of the passenger window not rolling up consistently (this is the second window with the same issue), Dennis told me unfortunately this is not covered under warranty. So with no help I left and called Subaru corporate the next day. They informed me the window is covered under my extended warranty and will be replaced so don’t know why Dennis said it wasn’t and was going to take 2-3 days to get a answer from corporate, I got a answer immediately. Corporate informed me they created a case for my issue and to take it to a different dealer of my choice. I went to Subaru of Thousand Oaks, they were able to resolve my issue with the transmission because they drove it with a computer attached and reset the system and that resolved the issue, so there was something wrong but your service team was unwilling to check most likely due to it being covered under warranty. Also Jason at Subaru in T.O. knew immediately that the window was covered under warranty and the motor was bad and the trim which both were replaced. So this brought me to a few concerns, one I cannot trust your dealership or employees, two I have lost all trust and and sense of security in the Subaru brand seeing everything that has gone wrong with this vehicle in the three years I have owned it. With all of these experiences Our family will never own another Subaru and we are currently looking to sell this vehicle and invest in another company for a more reliable vehicle for our family needs. These are not cheap cars so I would expect to have had way less issues within three years and 53,000 miles of ownership! I thought Subaru’s motto was to show love and respect to all people at every interaction with Subaru. Not at all what I received! Corporate was helpful and I appreciate them taking care of a dealership and it unprofessionalism. Have a great weekend

Paul is efficient, knowledgeable, and a gentleman. The gent who showed me to the loaner car was very helpful, patient, and polite. The lady in the cashier cage was very efficient but not too busy to put a really pleasant human face on the transaction— not too much, not too little. These things make a huge difference. And, of course, the service crew did a great job on the car. What’s not to like?!
