My wife and I are considering to buy another Subaru and that is only because of the great service we always received from Gabby and her team at Kirby Subaru.

Not satisfied, Very disappointed, they did not fix the vibration on my manual shifter (on 3rd gear) - service advisor claimed it’s normal and the service advisor told me he got the same condition with his personal car with manual shifter it vibrates when shift to third gear. Just fyi I driven manual transmission all my life and this is not normal at all. Very Disappointed!

Jason Chesbrough, Gabby Hernandez and a young lady at the Cashier early in the morning when I went in were all so kind and helpful! The situation was a little irregular since I was there with my less-than-a-week-old Impreza to have some paint retouching we discovered upon pickup, but everyone was super nice and got me where I needed to be, since I'm new to the "Subaru Owners Club." Later in the day when I dropped off my keys, John French took gracious care of me and then Steve did AMAZING work on the rear bumper and front lip paint job on my new car! I literally cannot stop gushing about the excellent work Steve did; I'm referring him to everyone I know from now on. When I went back to pick up my sparkling Impreza, Tim at the Cashier and Juan in Parts were so incredibly nice and helpful getting my order together and ready to go, despite the end of the day rush in the 4 o'clock hour. Finally, Rick Mueller appeared (seemingly out of thin air) as I opened my trunk, immediately said "I'm here to help!" and helped me install my new floor mats and cargo tray without hesitation. He was smiling, chatting and offering friendly advice the whole time; he congratulated me on my new "baby," put the old mats in the trunk and tossed the trash in one fell swoop! Last, but certainly not least, none of this would have been possible without the incredible sales experience provided by Tim Miller. I was referred to Tim from my partner, as they knew I didn't want any hassle or run-around in the car shopping experience, especially as a young woman shopping for a car! Tim was always professional, a straight shooter, and extremely respectful all while maintaining a friendly, down-to-earth, and honest energy I truly appreciated. The process was painless once the car finally arrived, I honestly couldn't believe that I'd been at the dealership for 4 hours the day I picked it up. Tim Miller deserves the largest shoutout of the whole dealership because he took such great care of me every step of the way; words cannot express how grateful I am for his kind demeanor, professionalism, and help these past 7 months. Thank you so much to everyone who made this "scary" endeavor pleasant and actually pretty easy, all things considered. I'll be back to see you all next time, when I come in for my 6 month/6,000 miles service appointment!

Jason was great, he explained in detail the service to be done on my Subaru. He advised me on the appropriate completion time (1 hr and 2in). As turned out it was done in a much shorter time. He informed of a warranty item he was going to order for my car. Jason was very friendly, efficient and professional.
