This was our first service experience - 6 month service on our Subaru Crosstrek. We didn't know what to expect. Dennis gave excellent service from beginning to end, including being conscious of social distancing/safety, informing us of the service process, offering a car wash, finding us during the process to give a time update, reviewed the results, etc. He was both polite and efficient making this a great first experience

The only issue I have is that the cashier didn’t call the service department to bring my car up once the paperwork was done. I waited and then had to ask To have my car brought up. Other than that I couldn’t have asked for a better experience
