My car was returned yesterday afternoon. I just drove it for the first time and it is considerably louder than when I last drove it. I will ask someone to help me discern where the noise is coming from.

I, personally am shocked that my service was so costly. I looked up an estimate online for the 60k service for 2016 RX350; the highest estimate was 650.
The labor for my vehicle is noted to be $900 and $300 for parts.
I requested an itemized invoice to be sent via email. I do not see how many hours and how much per hour for labor but this unacceptable.
Are you offering any discounts for first responders ? I am a Registered Nurse.
Otherwise, I am going to need to shop around for a more reasonable offer.

Quality of the Lexus ES 350 that I purchased one year ago today **** because of the stereo and no fix. Not able to trade it in on a 2020 Lexus ES Luxury With ML stereo because I was offered KBB AUCTION value on my car. My car only has 5,800 miles on it and is in pristine condition! Why would Lexus auction it off ? Because there is no fix for the stereo!!!!
