Metro supposedly repaired a loose piece in rear of my car last October but it came loose again and now Metro is claiming that they will not take care of it and quoted $350. My family has bought 3 cars from Metro Lexus and my wife is shopping for an RX right now, but we will not be considering Meteo Lexus for any future cars or maintenance because of this situation. Evidently Metro Lexus doesn’t value its customers and doesn’t stand by their work- very unfortunate. I will not ever use Metro again for service or a purchase.

I was not happy with oil change special no cabin filter or tire rotation or brake inspection was told I made appointment before date it was not doing that anymore.Ok give me the option to get full service i would expect from metro Lexus that is what would keep me coming back cabin filter,brake inspe ction,tire rotation not a good experience at all great service person just handled wrong way to me to purchase next car .
