Too long to get loaner car at rental facility. Any time I get a loaner car the car is always ready in the middle of rush hour traffic. I have to drive in Ohio crazy traffic at a time I would prefer not too.

I suspect the actual service went well but I was disappointed that your main phone wasn’t answered. Worse yet, no one in the service dept ever answered the phone. I had to reach out to my salesman in order to get some contact. Car was there from a Tuesday afternoon until late thursday for a recall. Only because one of your young workers offered to drive it back to me did I get it today. I can understand and accept delays but someone should have updated me on status or delays. Something is slipping at Metro
