Everything I have had done has always top notch and have been very happy with the service and would not think of going some were else to have work done on my SUV. So I thought I would let them detail my car. I thought who would do it better than Metro. Well I am disappointed in the quality of the job. To stand back and look, It looks good. It’s when you look close that you see how bad of job they did. The rims still had dirt on them. Around the back license plate area still had dirt and when I opened the tailgate it looks like they did not touch it. Plus there was more but I think you get the idea. Now I do not want any money back and I will still bring my SUV there for service. But not for detailing.

I am shocked about the what happened. How my condenser got demaged. How can a **** can penetrate through front grill and make hole in condenser. The estimate was $1880. Parts 800 and labor 1000, that’s ripping me off.
It’s simple to say it’s not covered under warranty and I can try to claim from my insurance.
It’s lexus, 2019, ES350, one of the best car in the world. The condenser can get demage like that.
Than, because all of sudden my ac went off, I came without an appointment, therefore I can’t have a donor car. It need preparation. My recall was pending for a long time.
I love lexus and my lexus, but the service is outrageous and quality getting worse.
