Hilary was outstanding: professional, prompt, courteous; I was totally satisfied with her. However, I was disappointed with a few things. For example, the rubber stripping by the tailgate door was hanging loose and the radio channels had all been changed. I expected more from Lexus, especially on such an expensive service visit. In the future, it would also be helpful to know which repairs could, should and must be done-part of trusting your expertise. Again, Hilary was top notch in every category.

I was there for an oil change. It was an appointment where I was waiting. Appointment should have been an hour max. I arrived 8:10 for 8:15 appointment, didn’t leave til 10:25. The people awesome. Just tired of service taking so long. This is why I go elsewhere for maintenance.
