I received multiple services. Of note, I received a full detail. The inside is pristine but the outside, not so much. I noticed a spot on the hood that I hadn’t noticed before. Also, while the car definitely had some blemishes, there are NUMEROUS paint chips on the front of the car. I’m not saying that the techs caused the rock chips but it makes me wonder what process they used for waxing or buffing. There appears to be exposed metal now. I’m terribly disappointed. Additionally, the car seems to be pulling now. I won’t know for sure until I drive it a bit more but that’s odd considering I had a wheel alignment. The staff is very friendly though.

I called Service. The phone rang 15 times and no one answered. The operator picked up and she tried to reach Service but was also unable to get them. Never did talk with them but got a text. It seems Service is understaffed making the Service Dept disjointed
