I found out from my service rep long 29 minutes after I picked up my car that it was ready. The tech person called and let me know. I used to know my service reps. I have been a customer for 15 years. I expect better.

Job well done. Except no sticker on the windshield for next oil change. Had to ask for it. Doesn’t seem to me your processes were followed properly. Maybe just too busy?
