This is the second time that the interior of my car is not clean when it’s retuned. Door panels and back of seats with dirty prints. Either from cleaning or not being detailed as we’ve prepaid for in our service maintenance. I’ve reported this before. Obvious that the car is not looked over properly before being returned

Lack of communication about status of vehicle. Was told part coming in Monday and vehicle would be fixed either Monday or Tuesday. No word either both days and called Tuesday and left message to call. No call all day and my wife called after 5 p.m. and finally got in touch and got information we needed.

Please take me off of your mail and call lists. This being the second recall repair, the fact that all most all of my lug nuts were stripped the last time I was there and the fact that your team put a big scratch in my car that required repair has made me lose faith in Ford and your dealership. I do not want to buy a Ford again. I can only pray that there are no more recall repairs needed on my car.
