Rob checked me in and then Jorge took over. My car was done a bit sooner than expected which helped me to make my prior commitments since I didn’t realize how much time I needed to allow for the complete service. I did recommend to rob that it might be helpful to have the expected wait time at the website when scheduling a service. Jorge was very friendly and efficient.
Also of note would be a reminder to the ones doing the work to be mindful of getting grease on light colored carpet and leather seats and steering wheel.
