AJ did an incredible job accommodating myself, and my two boys in tow, in an extremely timely, and efficient matter. He never made me wait hours on end like another dealers advisor did in the past for updates, and was very timely. I’m stuck with the somewhat common problem of still having a vibration issue, (apparently common on f-150 20inch rims) that the tech’s and even service advisors unfortunately simply couldn’t replicate. I hope they can figure it out next time I’m in for an oil service possibly. Either way, thanks for trying
