AJ was professional and courteous. However, I am disappointed with 2 things:
Issues with my vehicle were not completely resolved. Backup camera still only works intermittently. Also, voice command only works intermittently.
Service team should check the functioning of these items before releasing back to customer.
Additionally, my vehicle is usually washed while in for service and was not washed this time.
I am disappointed with Hansel Ford. Thank you.

Car wash would have been included in the service. I was not informed that there was not enough staff to do the car wash until he was signing me out and I asked. Ron DID offer, and drove it through the wash himself though which I appreciated
