As usual, Woody was professional and courteous. I forgot I had paid for the warranty, but he checked to see if it was covered and got the replacement tire for me. Wonderful service. Woody was busy out of the office and Josh(I think that was his name,) rang up my bill and went to pull up my car. Excellent, friendly customer service. Thank you!
