Never received phone call that vehicle was ready for pickup. Two cell numbers were left with advisor. When I tried to call to check status on vehicle, I received voicemail that service department was closed for holidays.

In the past year I was blown away by your service but this time I’m not. I understand you have different department but my experience has been discouraging. From your on line service appt - it hadn’t been available. From your receptionist who scheduled — i feel she’s being robotic and didn’t experience the empathy at all of my car troubles. Then finally the schedule happened — car was kept for 4 days due to holiday and we got it yesterday hoping all is fixed and only to have the same problem last night. Sorry I’m just not happy at all.
