Carol was very friendly and helpful. However, she asked me to sign repair order but did not explain what was done...there were abbreviations (TCU) and TSB and what is an HV battery? She was busy with another customer and not available to explain the invoice. I would like a call back ...it says she suspects the battery is going dead! Is that the big expensive battery and is that on warranty? Also the tab 160157 was not attached!
