Your service men/women (tho never seen a service woman there, trying to be PC.) Transport dude, yes not PC) almost backed into my car waiting for service. Even ur staff said something before me...
"Wow a little close there "..he was unappologet.
And an attendant who brought my car up, wanted to 'dry it off" with a dirty grease fragment filled rag to "dry it off " WTF
Only brought car there for air bag recall.
All other services from "non dealer" site.

Start to finish the customer service was phenomenal ! This was my first time he needing the service department and he made it as easy as ever and when I returned to pick up my car a week later AJ helped me since Josh was busy and he was equally as great.
