Very pleased with Rob. However I think the MPI form is a joke and the technicians Just go down the line and check off without actually doing the work or in my case checked off spare tire air as good when in fact my 2008 Ford Focus doesn’t have a spare tire. AND checked off wipers and windshield as in good condition where in fact I have a crack in my windshield obvious they did not look! My concern is how many other items were just checked off that I cannot verify.. I brought to Rob‘s attention he said he would take care of it .
