George took the time to dig in and find the problem that has existed with this car since we bought it 4 years ago. Although other efforts proved to be a Ford corporate problem and nothing to do with the efforts made by this dealership. But regardless, George gets the feather in his for finding it and fixing it. So far so good!

I have a warranty but was charged $95 and when asked why he said well that’s if something broke and nothing broke, then of coarse you never have loaners so I have a warranty that covers a rental well I tell the ford employee I am giving you my expedition max so I need something comparable because I have 4 kids. When I show up to enterprise they pulled up a FORD RANGER!!! How stupid? I said I needed a large suv not a ford ranger. Enterprise tells me I also owe them $163 for the rental? So why did I purchase a Ford with a warranty but get charged for a rental and get charged a fee for a tech simply plugging into my Ford to tell me it’s a generic power train fault and can’t do anything. my Ford breaks down and has check engine lights and advises me to take to dealer and I get charged all the way around, but woody the service guy says normally it’s $1xx something dollars so he gave me a “deal”. Thanks woody and ford for your crap customer service and vehicles. I have had fords all my life and purchased 6 from Hansel and I promise you this one will be the last. I will be trading it in on a Chevrolet ASAP
