The check in process is chaotic there’s no order in which customers ate help your business over books appointments and customers need to wait an extended period of time for some thing as simple as an oil change I needed to get out of my car this morning and complain about other people being serviced first and I had been waiting in line. Maybe instead of having men have one so you know which order the cars arrived in
