I understand your service dept is very busy, however, if I dropped my carbb b off at 0700 hrs w a 0730 hrs appt, why have an appt when I’m waiting in line w folks that don’t have an appt? It was never asked n when the writer said he’d get back to me re: status of car, I waited until close to 4 pm to call since I hadn’t heard from anyone. And then to find out my car wasn’t even looked at, was very frustrating. When it stayed overnight, the writer called / texted me in the morning around 10 and advised my car was ready. That the technician had to reboot the ambient lighting to get it to work. Embarrassing that I had to bring back a brand new 2 week purchased car becuz the ambient lighting did not work at all. And I had to go through a day and a half driving to and picking up my car that probably could have been repaired or rebooted in 5 minutes!

Took my car early in the morning to get my car fixed, I was asked to leave my car until tomorrow because you didn’t have the part in inventory. It is an inconvenience to lose 2 days to get my vehicle fixed when it only needs a compressor. The quote I was giving it was outrageous.
