This has being the worst service ever. I took my truck to be inspected due to a noise in my truck I did not get a phone call thru the day I had to be constantly calling to check status on my truck they were not able to find the problem I asked for a rental car but was told they were not able to give me one because they did not have a diagnose, I was asked to leave my car one more day on the second day I did not get a call back thru the day I called at 12 and was told Maury Toro was at lunch and the message would be send to him at 2:30 with no return call I called back again and was told he was at lunch again I was upset and stated I was told at 12:00 the same thing then somehow Maury was available and told me they still couldn’t find the problem on the third day I did not get a call at all and when I would call to check for an update my call would go to voice mail towards the end of the day I finally received a call from Maury and was told they were recommending to change the engine with an uncertain diagnose however I was still charge the 160 dollars for “checking my vehicle “ when I picked up my truck Maury did not even have the face to speak to me he had a driver service personal give me my key he did not ever try to help out and I was only giving the round around during this service this is very unethical and unprofessional and upsetting I have being taking my vehicle for service since day one all of my oil changes and other services have being done at Nissan my truck is a 2014 car with only 76,165 miles I don’t understand how the truck would need a new engine.

This is the second time Maury has assisted me at Downey Nissan. He is very thorough and I feel as though I never have to call. Maury is always on top of things and calls me before I even call him. In addition, I had some issues come up where I wasn’t able to get my car and he was even willing to help me set up a late pickup. I was very impressed with him the first time he helped me with a transmission problem. When I was calling Nissan North American and having trouble getting things settled Maury was there to help me with the entire process from start to finish. When I called him the first time around he explained how the process works from start to finish, helped get me into a rental, and kept me posted while he waited patiently for my work to be approved. I was so happy when I called this weekend about my car getting serviced because Maury was the one who answered the phone. He is personable, always makes you feel like the only customer and ensures you are well taken care of. Thank you Maury for helping me maintain my car!

After receiving many text message about my car being ready , thanks for dropping off your car, your car is ready for pick up etc. WHICH WAS VERY ODD because I never left my car. I called and the 1st man tells me “oh do you not own so and so car” and I’m like , no . ?? Then he transfers me to another man, then the call suddenly “drops” then I call and speak to the manager Yonny and then he said that their is another account with the same name and they must have just confused the phone number and used my information. After asking him if he was going to update my account and if their would be no problems be said of course not, then after a few hours a receive another text about my car.. wow!?
