I felt that the video was so fast I couldn't understand it. And David was to busy to talk to me. He should of been more helpful. And I had an appointment 945 and just for an oil change it took 2 hours. I we go back to finish what I need more on my car. Maury wasn't there. So I will set up a time soon with Maury.

The sales technician specialist didn’t offer me the chance to repair my tire. They left me leave the dealer with a nail in my tier putting my life in danger. I was never told if I wanted to repair it, he just told me about some filters but not my tire. I’m so disappointed and my life is in danger.
