The new evolving social order sometimes seems to be all about extremes. “Completely satisfied”, sounds like a manager with a carrot in one hand and hatchet in the other. Frank did a great job taking care of me and his other customers as well. I’m not so sure the rest of Nissan is ready to raise itself to Franks standards.
