Mr Toro did what he was suppose to do within the scope of his knowledge and company policy. Even though the diagnostics came back negative. I'm still left wondering why the air-conditioning blower stopped for a few weeks and then just started working again. (???) But Me. Toro was very helpful & courteous, made some observations and took care of them. I would come back to Me. Toro & Downey Nissan. FYI: I regret purchasing the vehicle in puente hills Nissan.
