If it wouldn't of been for Mr.Ayala I would of never returned to Downey Nissan. The older lady outside the service center was very rude didn't care to help me I've been here a few times she never makes me feel welcomed I wished I would of reported the issue to the on site manager. The fact that she never greets me also makes me more upset because I seen her walk up to cars greet them and even open there car door the fact she can't even say "welcome" to me ever. So good job for having people like mr. Ayala on your team makes customers want to come back and leave happy.

Maury advised me to contact customer relations and schedule an appointment with Nissan engineer.
I don’t feel safe driving my “new car”, maybe it is out of Maurys expertise, but sending customers off with a vehicle that is turning off unexpectedly can be deadly. Nissan should have a better policy for these situations. At least take a more proactive approach not just write a number down on my receipt.
I was not the only one experiencing similar malfunctions .. as I was approached by another angry customer while waiting for my appointment time.
