The labor was $600.00. Why didn't Mr. Toro recommend that all 3 cylinders be repaired? As he explained in the future I am going to need all 3 cylinders to be repaired in 2 months or 6 months or more. Therefore next time I am going to pay $600.00. once again. This is so unfair and the customer always gets the short end of the stick. He explained that labor was 450.00 not 600.00. He never explained 150.00 to check plus 450.00. Yesterday I didn't want to say anything because I was upset. Very discouraged. Iliana Carrasco

El pasado 1/12/2020 Al momento de llegar al dealer para dejar mi Nissan Rogue en servicio, Nory Navarro con cara de disgusto dijo que no podía atenderme pues estaban muy ocupados y tenían muchos carros en espera, le dije que el día anterior cuando lleve mi coche a servicio me dijeron que no podían atenderme pues ya era tarde, después de esto decidió tomar mi coche para el servicio pero me incomodo bastante sus caras y gestos, considero debería mejorar su atención de servicio al cliente.
