There was no update on the status of my vehicle, no follow up, no courtesy call to let me know the car was ready, failed to let me know what was the issue of the car if any, answering and calling back was a fail, I had a horrible experience that I doubt I will ever take my car to this dealership in the future, nor will I recommend it to any one else for any future purchase or service. Very disappointed with the personnel and service!!
