Bien mi comentario es que el señor Frank o Francisco de primero cuando llegué estaba todo bien, Yo le pregunté al señor Frank a qué horas terminaría y él me habló que a las 1pm de la tarde, entonces yo hablé para El me gustaría que me llamaras un Lift Para que yo vaya a la casa hacer otros mandatos y cuando terminase me mandas un Lyft para volver para atrás, Él me habló y era mejor que yo esperaba se porque tal vez terminaría temprano y como era a las 10 de la mañana era mi cita y hasta la 1pm esperar yo no quería más Eli me habló que terminaría más temprano OK entonces yo me senté y después de una hora yo fui pregunté a él cuánto tiempo más y él me habló de una otra manera como agresivo Y me dijo señora Aínda no termino, cuando termina yo le llamo, y tengo otro cliente ahora, más agresivo entonces yo esperé y media hora después me fui otra vez y pregunte cuánto tiempo más porque ahora que estoy aquí se fuesse a mi casa yo estaría haciendo otras cosas en mi casa más usted me habló para que esperarse entonces Elí me habló:( señora no estamos sentado en su carro estamos trabajando )y no me gustó esa respuesta porque él debería me habla de otra manera:( perdóname señora porque estamos Como muchos clientes por favor tenga un poco de paciencia ),mas no ,no me hablo así me habló agresivamente como él estaba hablando que tenía otro cliente espera que el me habló de una manera muy bruta, y no me salí contenta esa vez porque yo soy clienta yo estoy pagando ese carro duramente más estoy pagando ese carro y quiero que me trate conforme a todos no diferente sólo porque yo me visto diferente no no sé no sé cómo hablar más Él me trató mal estoy decepcionada .

I was disappointed about how much has changed since my last visit. Nory's attitude was unprofessional when I informed her that I received a 50% off coupon for an oil change but left it home. She was very nonchalant and sharp when said "well do you have it here, well I can't give you a discount" There's a better way to talk to customers. I told her that I was a rewards member and would like to use my points. Apparently, she ignored me because when I went to pay I was told the advisor did not put that I would be using my rewards. I will not be coming back to Downey Nissan after today's service.
