Woman that charged my out was really rude and did not know her job . She couldn’t explain my balance amount, So I took upon myself to look over the breakdown and find why it was over the amount I calculated. She wanted me to wait longer and give up my position in line for someone else . Didn’t think she’s a good representative of Nissan standards , not helpful whatsoever and rude to top it off. She gets an F for customer service .

To be honest I search online for original parts as well as the time for the labor to install or to simply replace parts and is way cheaper than coming to Nissan dealership. No way in hell are you going to take out an alternator and spent three hours specially when the dealership has a lot of people that are coming in and out for service. Nor are you going to spend 4 hours to replace a starter and charger on your $150 an hour. As well as have them keep the old part and have Nissan charge you $450 for the parts when the parts online or like a $100 and the labor should take less than an hour specials does it have videos on YouTube to show you proof of it taking 30 minutes. So overall I was NOT satisfied in what I was charged in order for my car to get fixed

Well the lights on the dashboard are turned on after the service was done before I didn’t had any of that my car is a 2017 it shouldn’t be like that
