Well I did like the service but the person that was helping me I really would like that he would help me more in explaining to me the service desk that it was done on my car I was trying to show him the video but then he just like shiny off and he said that that wasn't needed I really wanted him to explain to me more details on the video that it was sent to me because I was kind of confused his service was not that great but it was okay I would have liked him to explain to me more about the video that they send me like he was trying to hurry me up and for me to leave sorry if I say this but he needs to work more on helping the people on questions and service and answers by him thank you

I had a 9:15 appointment for brake service . I was told by the service rep it would be approximately 2 hours which I was fine with, since I had brought my laptop to complete some work. After 3 hours of waiting I asked the associate for an update and at that Point he informed me the parts were being delivered by another dealer so I asked him how much longer if I waited ... he then told me 45 minutes . I waited another 45 until I asked for a ride from the shuttle Because i couldn’t wait anymore . I got home and received an alert from Nissan my car was ready ... so I called service and asked for a pick up where I then waited 2 more hours for a pick up . my company PPG will no longer be doing business here at this Nissan dealer .

I thought when I bought the full service package that it covered all service. I find that it does not. Looking at it now, I don't think I could recommend it to others. However, the actual service and customer care I received today was very good.
