Very unsatisfied with the service received, the agent promised to have my vehicle ready by 12:30. I ended up receiving my vehicle at 5:30pm. Very unproffesional service. My vehicle Also didn’t receive the service i requested.

It was disappointed. I was told I had to pick up my car before 3pm, and it will be done by 3pm for sure. I was in middle of something while waiting and wasn't mind to wait for longer time. Since I was told that I had to pick it up by 3pm, I had to rush back. However, I had to wait for another half hour after I rush back at 3pm. Another thing was the price was increased than originally confirmed price when I was checked in.

First of all, the service wasn’t friendly when I arrived, I went with a coupon and it seems that they had a problem with that. When my car was ready the service start to improve and they were kindly but I don’t know why they had to be so rude at the very beginning . My car still has the number of service on its windscreen
