He was great very polite i really liked his customer service. Besides Herby i went to get an oil change but my engine light was on and they didn’t tell me anything at all about things my car might need. Maybe because i went before closing. I thought i paid for a multi point inspection

my service advisors Charlie always go above and beyond to help me. He is excellent very helpful friendly very welcoming knowledgeable person. Frank was highly professional, competent and thorough as always. The other guys involved at the beginning of this service which covered 2 separate days, not so much. The younger guys have a lot to learn about customer care and doing competent work. These guys made more damage to my car at the onset then the car had when I arrived. Shameful poor work.
Frank was very understanding and suggesting I try to see him in the future. That I will do, otherwise I'm going to go to another Nissan dealer moving forward. Randy Toro set the standard, he is gone and now I'm with Frank or nothing. Please pass this message on to the persons that should know about it.

Steve sanz seemed like a close friend I have not seen in years. His professionalism exceeded my expectations. He understood the importance of getting informed on special deals that I wasn't aware of. Had it not been for his expertise, i would've struggled to get the proper service and aid elsewhere. Which trust me I had tried to get a day prior at Universal City Nissan.
