Jacob is a great rep answered all my questions and was very courteous. My Nissan location is elsewhere but with this service I can say I'd go back to Downey location.

The young man who checked me in was very polite. I was told by text message and automated call my car was ready. So I asked one of the representatives, who told me as soon as the paper work was ready they would let me know. A few minutes later the young man came and told me my car was ready. So when I walked outside I was told they were waiting on my keys. So as I’m waiting one of the workers gets in my car and drives further away and parks it. Then he walks over and asks me was that my car. When I said yes he hands me the keys saying something about a sensor going off. Then he walks away , never offering to bring me my car. I have always had great service. Today was disappointing ??
