Issue was not resolved at all. They took more time explaining why they couldn't fix then it actually took to fix it as I ended up doing it myself. I took our 2009 Toyota Camry there in April for a diagnostic issue and was told they could not diagnose the problem. Took it to a mechanic's shop and they fixed it. Toyota's Service Department is definitely lacking and completely unsatisfactory in my book.

There seemed to have been a mix up over my appointment time & the
Toyota people thought some other customer lived at OUR address &
had MY phone number. No one by that name has lived at THIS address
since we moved in 11 yrs. ago. No one else has MY cell phone number as far as I know! They asked to pick up a CAMRY; when I made the appointment, I told them it was a 2012 COROLLA.
MY appointment was @ 1:00 pm. When they came to get my car, they kept saying the appointment was @ 1:15 pm.
I don’t know what happened or how this mixup occurred, but I hope it
doesn’t happen again, given that the “other” vehicle was scheduled for
much different services than mine was!

I had all 4 wheels road force balanced. It took care of the steering wobble. Also had an alignment done and report stated the steering wheel was also not straight. The truck does drive straight, but only with the wheel canted to the right. If you straighten steering wheel it noticeably pulls left. Also my tires were inflated to nearly 50psi. Reason?
I was happy with Mr. Houtchins politeness and respect. I have not always been able to say this about the some of the other service writers at Toyota of Danville.
