The service advisor (Logan> is doing a good job but I dont know about your technician. It seems like they could not fix my car. I just got my car back today (after replacing brake pads, rotors and transmission for 3 weeks total) and was told that the issues has been taken care of. They said they did some test drive and the clicking sound heard when starting the engine and upon driving slow where gone. But when I drove it and got home the clicking noise still heard. I called and talked to Lydia about this and trying to talk to Logan but she said Logan is on the other line and will just relay the message to him but havent gotten any call back.

Logan was very accommodating and attended to my questions and needs from the moment I arrived in the service area. Greeted me upon arrival and remember me from my phone call. This was my first time with my Subaru being serviced at a Toyota dealership and Logan kept me in contact with my favorite mechanic and updated me with all information needed. He even arranged for me to be taken to a special coffee shop down the road while I waited for service. Thanks again! Great service experience. I Will return.

The key fob and license plate bracket were ordered quickly. My appointment to program fob was within days. Appointment was on time. Everything taken care of in less than an hour. They even installed the bracket for free. I was impressed.
