I asked for an oil change, and only an oil change, I was given a oil change and a 3 point inspection something I did not ask for and did not want nor will I want in the future, I wish to never receive anything other than what I ask for and when next time they add a service I did not ask for I will be calling corporate, thank you

It took an extremely long period of time to complete a simple oil change that was pre-scheduled. I know it wasn't even started until qt least 30 minutes after my arrival/appointment time. Friendly service and take good care of the vehicle. Just not respectful of time.

Well as you know there was a mistake on your part. Leaving the window down in the car wash. You did a great job cleaning g up the mess. I has to run a fan all night on my car seats but it’s all good.
You predicted my battery was going bad which was a surprise to me. Today a day after my visit after work my car was dead. Had to get jumped came home and my husband changed the battery and it’s all good . If we can avoid problems in the future that would be great. Merry Christmas to you all and happy new year too!
