100$ for an oil change seems a little on the ridiculous side to me. I asked why so much and I got...well we use synthetic oil and you only need to change your oil once a year since you drive low miles. So, because I only change my oil once a year means you can charge me more? And I checked oil prices at department stores and I can get a gallon, which I know I need about a gallon and a half, for 21$ Which is one of the more expensive brands. An oil filter would cost about that, probably less and your a dealership, I'm sure you get special rates on those things. You telling me you charged me you charged me 60$, probably more, for labor and a tire rotation? I would like to do my business with the dealership I bought my vehicle from but if I can find it cheaper, I will. Next time I'll know to check around first.

Jose was upfront with assessment on tires & did a good job of explaining the situation. We didn’t realize the tire had an issue. Good catch Jose. I wasn’t planning on new tires yet- but they were 4 years old & one of them was replaced due to road hazard in May 2019/2020. I didn’t want to put mixed tires on- so I went with full replacement. In the past I always felt a part of the “family” so to speak. There was absolutely no personalization to this trip. I miss all the past employees that made me feel welcome.

Not one person in there except me was wearing a mask???? Maybe it’s because I’m not from here, but in Texas businesses are fined if employees and customers aren’t wearing masks. I was very shocked and felt unsafe and uncomfortable sitting in the waiting room. 6 employees passed me without masks. There were 4 other customers in the waiting room, none of which were wearing masks or asked to wear masks. I’m very glad this is not my normal Toyota service center because if it was, I would not be returning during the pandemic due to their lack of a mask policy. The employees seemed very nice, but please consider asking your employees and customers to wear masks for everyone’s safety.

Problem was fixed so I no more squeaky sunroof. When the liner was put back up in the car someone had dirty hands and left dirty finger prints all over it.

Jonathan could not have been more helpful and considerate. My battery was replaced and my car was ready to go in a short period of time. Jonathan and a woman from the Service Dept. were there to say they installed a new battery. What impressed me the most is that I live in PA. The people I dealt with could logically conclude that I will not be a regular customer. Yet, they treated me like I was their best customer. That speaks volumes to me. They might be surprised to know that if I buy another car, it will be from Toyota in Danville. Thank you to Jonathan, Sean, Ryan, Dustin and all who made this a positive experience. I am grateful.
