When I took my car for service I expected it to be covered by my lease contract (free service first 4 times or within 2 years whatever comes first). I am a physician and was extremely busy with Covid patients. When I went to give my car, John was very affirmative that I had to pay since I was one month out. I did not mention my clinical duties kept me from coming earlier, but asked if the fee can be waived since it is only one month.
I felt that it was a bit strict not waiving the fee given the fact it was difficult to come in earlier.

My RAV4 is in worse shape now after the diagnostic than when we brought it in. We are down to one air flow position and we have three dashboard lights on that weren’t on before. We were considering trading in the vehicle for a newer model. Now we will go elsewhere.
