Have tire care warranty, verified with cliff when dropped off. Called and said car was done, then tried to bill us for repair. Called sales rep, tire was to be patched and covered under warranty.

Quick and easy drop off of my vehicle. The lady I dealt with was nice. All was good. When I got into my car, it’s smelled terrible. Whoever drove my car from the shop to the delivery area seriously needed to wash their a**. It smelled like unwashed **** hole.

They didn’t find the issue, yes the got the warning lights of the dash but as to solving the problem as to why the car has a rough idle when starting and rough stating., this was not repaired. They did call say oh bring it back it maybe we can course it to do something so they can find the issue. So why do they think I was there to began with? So I guess we just keep driving it again till the light appear on the dash. I do only have the one car to drive I do work and need to have some reliable.
