No one was wearing a mask at Toyota. You wear a mask to protect others and I did not see that at Toyota. It was very disappointing.

I was satisfied with the service of our vehicle. However, I did have concerns about Toyota of Danville following safety precautions with the pandemic. I observed one employee wearing a mask and she was not in the service department. I was very surprised by this, especially due to the rising numbers in Vermilion county. It may be something you could consider, especially with you wanting customer satisfaction. By the way, there were three of us waiting for our cars. We ALL had masks on. Thank you

One of the items I took the truck in to the dealership for was a noisy vacuum pump. I described to service person that the pump was getting noisy and per T-SB-0316-17 it should be replaced. He wrote it up that I had a code and it needed to be diagnosed. Long story short the vacuum pump still makes noise, the technician found no code (because there wasn’t one), and I got billed $100.00. I think this will be my last visit to a dealership and my last Toyota. I also never got a notice this SB was due.
