When we purchased the car we were told we got free oil changes for 3 years. When my son brought the car in for the oil change today they said since the car came off the assembly line before Feb 2020 that didn’t apply to us. The vehicle is a 2020 model so it shouldn’t matter WHEN it came off the line.
When my son questioned it we were told they would honor the free oil change and tire rotation but when they were done they charged him for the tire rotation.
I was planning on trading my vehicle in next year for a Hyundai since I liked the sonata I used to have but I will NOT be doing any other business with Hyundai. After we’ve paid on my sons car for a year I plan on refinancing with my bank so
We don’t pay Hyundai any extra $. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN HYUNDAI AND VAN HYUNDAI.

First of all- your entire team is a blessing. I do not know that I have EVER had a service rep who was so considerate, attentive, transparent- who had as much CULTURE as Mark and VAN HYUNDAI. My wife's uncle is the sales manager at Freeman and has been for years- So we typically go there. We did not intend or plan to meet with Van Hyundai- but due to an unfortunate event on 35, our daughters car came to a stop beside your shop. It was late at night when she hit a dog- after it had been hit by the car in front of her- doing a ton of damage to her car. Our Daughter had a horrible 2020- totaled 2 cars- not her fault-none the less we had to put her in a cash car. I was lucky to find the Elantra she has now- and only 10 days after her having the car- this happened. I was at a loss- of money, emotions, etc. What else could go wrong for our daughter. Based on what I saw and experienced- Van Hyundai- is about Culture- (I work for a company -Convergint - also in Carrollton- and we are all about Culture- that is what is at the core of our company and success. I cannot tell you what your kindness -transparency, and overall CULTURE - has done fore me and my family. Thank you - is a start. You have a new customer. Thank you- again.
