This has nothing to do with Justin’s service. He was great. But when he approached someone about my front license plate mount he was told they can’t help me and I’d have to purchase it. ~$40 when I just purchased the car for almost $20k and still can’t be spared the complimentary front mount to make my car street legal. It’s absurd to me. I already had to purchase a paint pen for dings that y’all wouldn’t fix. It just seems petty and horrible customer service on the managements side.

The sales person that helped me was nice, no complaints there. But it took a little over 2 hours for an oil change, seems like a long time considering I had a 10am appointment and an oil change doesn't take that long. But the service was good and the work is done, so overall works for me.

I was very impressed with my service advisor. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. After years or having a problem with my transmission he and the service technician found what was causing the problem. Kudos to them! Just another reason I come to Van Hyundai.
