The lack of communication is horrible. To tell someone you’ll follow up and then not, is setting up the wrong expectation. I had to continually reach out for updates. When I finally heard back from someone, I found out my car hadn’t been even looked at in a week. If I can’t count on hearing back from a service representative, how can I trust any of the work being done on my car?
