I've had my car serviced here before but this time around things went so smoothly!! When I brought my car up there to see what was going on, everyone was so nice and helpful. They all made sure I was ok while waiting. My advisor explained the repairs needs well enough for me to understand. Got the parts order within a few days. Took my car in for the repairs and it was fixed within the time frame given. Thanks to everyone who interacted with me for the whole process!!

It does not seem like anyone who works here realizes that we are in a pandemic. The man who greeted me at the door was wearing a gaiter which is proven to not stop the spread of covid. There were also 2 men in their open cubicles without their masks on. The man who did help me put on his mask before helping me but again it was a single layer mask (not cdc approved). Lastly the woman who checked me out wore her mask with her nose completely exposed. Nine months in to the pandemic I would expect everyone to know how to wear a mask and what is CDC approved. Intentionally not wearing a mask, or wearing it incorrectly not only puts you at risk but everyone who walks into your business.

Tony did everything possible to make my experience a pleasant one. They found me a loaner car when it seems impossible. The only concern that I have is that they could not duplicate the problem. I believe that the car has a major oil leak I see the evidence in my driveway. I also don't want to be responsible for any future problems with the engine. Van Hyundai had replaced the motor three times in that vehicle. There is something wrong with the car. They have been courteous and went out of their way do things nice for me as customer the only concern I have is that the car is not good. I appreciate the management team and all that they do to go out of their way Tony has been great the whole team over there is really wonderful. Thank you for helping me with this.
